USING THE DIRECTORY

Terms of use

Blessing Box Finder is an independent, noncommercial directory of community-submitted blessing box and little library locations.

Community information

Listings are maintained by contributors and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. An update time records when listing information changed; it does not certify a visit, an inspection, the safety of any contents, or current availability.

The site does not operate the structures, provide their contents, or authorize access to private property. Follow posted signs and respect property boundaries and access restrictions.

Contributing

You need an active account with a verified email to add or edit listings. Follow the contribution rules and submit only information you have the right to share. Do not add private personal information, misleading material, advertising, or copied directory data.

By submitting listing information, you allow the directory to display it publicly, preserve necessary history, and let other verified contributors and administrators correct it. A listing is shared community information; submitting it does not grant exclusive control or ownership of the record.

Your public username and contribution timestamps appear with your updates. Ordinary edits publish after validation. Administrators may correct, revert, hide, or lock records and suspend accounts when needed to protect the directory.

Accounts and requests

Keep your credentials private. Do not impersonate another contributor, bypass access controls, or use automation to overwhelm the service. Accounts can be deleted through the account page, while necessary community listing history remains as described in the privacy notice.

Google Maps

The map is provided through Google Maps. Use of those services is also subject to Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
